Marilyn Wright Dayton

Award-winning Author Marilyn Wright Dayton has been writing for over 60 years in all media forms, from newspapers and magazines to ad agency products to radio and TV. Today she is semi-retired and living with her family in Mystic, CT. Her first loves have continued to be creative writing and art. She is busy writing books and designing their covers as well as doing all of her public relations.

She has written and published well over a dozen books, both fiction and non-fiction, short stories to novellas to course workbooks. Her memoir “Reflexions” was one of her first self-published pieces. She has recently added two books on trivia to her publications. Her book “The Hollow Soul” has won a Top Pick award online, and her murder mysteries (The Hightower Series and Guy Davis Series) are very popular, especially in the United Kingdom. She received an honor winning the Award of Literary Excellence as Editor’s Choice at Reader’s House Magazine.

Marilyn continues to plan to write books as long as she can, and helping others who want to become writers. She is currently creating an online creative writing course and workbook.
