Terri Morrissey

I am a business psychologist with extensive experience of working with organisations, teams and individual in times of uncertainty and change. I am currently a Director of This is… , an organisation development consultancy which I co-founded with my colleague Dr Richard Plenty in 2004. I am also involved in global issues, such as climate change and more recently the COVID-19 crisis, through my work with the American Psychological Society’s initiatives in these areas. I enjoy the theatre and exploring innovative and entrepreneurial ideas.
