Throughout his career, Tom has interviewed and placed thousands of candidates in technical and non-technical positions across a wide range of industries. He founded Roundhouse Recruiting in 2008 because of his passion for growing companies and helping individuals to develop their careers. His extensive experience has encompassed all aspects of recruiting and has driven Tom to create advanced solutions to interviewing for both job seekers and hiring managers. Prior to founding Roundhouse Recruiting, Tom held in-house senior human resources management and operations management positions for Fortune 500 and leading regional companies throughout the Eastern US.
