Inspired by the hobby of Gandhiji the author started writing the diary which gradually evolved from habit to passion and helped in the area of writing the book. From the childhood he was passionate to be a cricketer but situations shifted his focus towards aspiring for civil services. Due to lack of success, the tension and pressure intensified and the marathon happiness project to find the ways to happiness started and took around 14 long years to evolve into a definite shape last year. During this period for 8 long years he was also involved in some spiritual practices which provided him new insights about life and God. Currently working as a government employee for nearly 5 years, also a long-term investor and avid learning machine inspired by Warren Buffett and Charlie Munger. He loves good movies, photography, watching sports, pleasure reading, coin collecting besides spending time with the family.
