Corbin Dunn

Obviously my name is Corbin Dunn and I am an author! Otherwise I don't think you'd be here. I was born in 1990 and have lived in Colorado for basically all of my life. I grew up with friends who followed me from Kindergarten through to High School, and unfortunately that meant reputations earned while young and immature tended to stick.

Fortunately, I discovered my love for writing in High School through forum-based roleplay, and wrote my first book, Angel of War, during that time. Sadly I found it appallingly dry and scrapped the whole project, but it had kindled a passion in me!

In college (UCCS 2009-2012) I met an amazing young lady named Whitney Schell, wrote my first completed books, and found my first publisher, Alpine Line Publishers. After graduating with a Bachelor's in both Sociology and Criminal Justice in December of 2012, I married Whitney in July of 2013, and have been in completely indescribable bliss ever since!

I have spent the last several years exploring various genres and writing styles, really trying to figure out where I fit as a writer. I have written fantasy, modern fantasy, horror fantasy, sci-fi fantasy, all kinds of fantasy, and am presently working on more of the same. My wife is a High School English teacher, and I substitute in the same district and deliver food to supplement income, all of which leaves plenty of time for us to be together, and for me to write!

My goal is to be a full time author, and every reader, review, and book sale helps me get closer to that dream. Thank you all, whether you are a reader, a prospective one, or just gave me a chance to pique your interest by reading this biography. You all make everything I do possible!
