David Freistall is a 40 years old computer technician and systems engineer from Oakland, Ohio. He’s father of one child, George, and husband of Jessica. His area of specialization is Machine Learning.
His propensity for technology first emerged when he was only 12 years old. On David’s 12th birthday his father gave him his first computer. From that moment, David’s passion for computers steadily grew. He started studying and practicing on his computer a bunch of hours per day, sometimes for all day long.
After turning 20 years old, David decided to leave school and let his passion become his work. He started to work as a computer technician in his hometown and then moved to other companies.
During his career, David Freistall worked for seven different companies around the United States as a computer technician and system engineer, developing several skills and much experience.
At the age of 39, David Freistall decided to share his experience and the secrets he learned during his long career and collecting them all.
“After 20 years of experience, I can say I’m able to manage all kinds of problems that this type of work could bring out. I have met a lot of people asking for tips or tricks to manage those problems better. With the growing number of people interested in my advice, I started to consider writing one or maybe more books. That’s why I have made many mistakes during my career, and I would like to help other people not to do the same.”
David Freistall's books are straightforward to understand. They are complete, exhaustive, and contain step by step processes. His books also cover particular aspects that are not usually covered by other authors; that’s why David could observe and study these aspects in years and years of experience.
