Tara Lush

Tara Lush is the cozy mystery pen name of author and former journalist Tamara Lush. She writes mysteries filled with fresh starts, found family, small-town secrets, and usually a murder. Her series include the witchy Crescent Moon Mysteries, the magical Vermont-set Hemlock Hollow series, and contemporary cozies including Coffee Lover’s Mystery, Critters & Criminals, and Beach Blooms.

Before writing fiction full time, Tamara spent nearly three decades as a journalist, including many years with The Associated Press. Her reporting received the George C. Polk Award, and she was an Amtrak Writing Fellow. As Tamara Lush, she is also a USA Today bestselling romance author and RITA Award finalist.

She lives on Florida’s Gulf Coast with her husband and a Shih Tzu, fueled by strong coffee, sourdough bread, and a love of witches, vintage pulp fiction, and Florida weirdness.
