James Dyer's most treasured accomplishments in life involve his lovely wife (only partially pictured above, per her request), their children and grandchildren, this featured book, and two excellent novels: "To Earth from Heaven" and "If You See a Magic Star". His writing style is positive, encouraging, and healthfully optimistic. This is also true of his very helpful children's book, "Cute Friends and Good Habits". His favorite subject is Heaven, as he believes no subject is more important or potentially beneficial to readers.

His latest book, The Beginning of God and Heaven, is the culmination of many years of curiosity, study, research, joy, and especially prayer. There is a mystical element to his writings that relates to his strong faith and high expectations when he prays.
