In 2000, Dick Robinson created Legacy Scribe, LLC, which researches, writes, and publishes life stories as well as family and building histories. He a journalist, historian, author, speaker, and marketing copywriter. Blind Black Sheep is his fifth book.
The Associated Press and the American Heart Association gave him writing awards, and he was nominated for a Pulitzer Prize for investigative reporting. His writing has appeared in many publications, including The New York Times, Washington Post Syndicate, American Health and Health magazines, and Capital Cities/ABC. He founded the Florida Chapter of the Association of Professional Genealogists. He served as the international group's first public information officer.
When he's not writing, he's playing pickleball. Dick lives in Boynton Beach, Florida, with his wife, Brenda.
