Antonino Finocchiaro

Antonino Finocchiaro is an author, biologist and nutritionist, and FITP-certified Food Educator.

He is the author of the novels Impact Factor and Foreign Bodies, narrative works that combine suspense, scientific settings, and reflections on the more complex sides of human nature.

Alongside fiction, he writes science-based content on nutrition, health, and sports performance, with a particular focus on young athletes.

His new book, Game. Set. Food. Nutrition, Recovery and Performance in the Adolescent Tennis Player, will be released soon. It explores the role of nutrition in the growth, recovery, and performance of young tennis players.

Across his editorial projects, he brings together a passion for storytelling, scientific training, and direct experience in the world of youth sports.
