Yolanda Smith is an expert and author in the field of Personal Branding. 10+ years of public speaking and a passion for empowering others to achieve their highest potential inspired her to found Branding 4 Success, LLC where she currently serves as CEO and Chief Brandthrupist, traveling the country, delivering personal branding keynote speeches and facilitating master classes to academic, corporate and professional organizations.

Yolanda coaches and supports entrepreneurs and corporate professionals in mastering their brand signature to earn more, lead more and win more. Her latest writing "Reputation To Reward" takes readers through her replicable brand signature formula, where they become the CEO of their brand and take control of their image and reputation to create a powerful Brand Signature to articulate their unique value, live authenticity and stand out.

She is a parallel-prenuer and also works as a leader in the healthcare industry. Known for her innovative thinking and ability to implement on her vision, Yolanda’s recognition extends broadly. She recently was awarded the 2019 Team Lilly award for leadership and was selected as one of the Indianapolis Business Journal’s 2017 “Women of Influence,” which recognizes women who have demonstrated professional excellence and leadership in their careers and community service. She earned the prestigious 2017 LRL President’s Diversity award and in 2016, she was honored with the PM360 ELITE award for transformational leadership. Yolanda has held various leadership roles in the pharmaceutical industry throughout her career.

Her educational pursuits earned her a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business, in marketing and business analysis, and she obtained her MBA with a healthcare concentration from Indiana Wesleyan University. Yolanda is married with two children. She enjoys gardening, is a saltwater aquarium enthusiast and the former chairman of the board for the non-profit organization Girl Talk Incorporated, an at-risk youth organization that is near and dear to her heart.
