Rashid Al-Medawar
- Birth: 1964 in Casablanca- Morocco;
- Professor of constitutional law at the Hassan II University – Casablanca, Morocco;
- Doctor of Laws, University of Muhammad V, Faculty of Law, Agdal / Rabat;
- Doctor of Higher Islamic, University of Al-Karaouine, Dar Al-Hadith Al-Hassania Foundation, Rabat.
Tasks and responsibilities:
He was previously elected as a deputy in the House of Representatives for three consecutive terms (1997-2008), as Vice President of the Moroccan Parliament (2002-2004), and a former member of the Constitutional Council of the Kingdom of Morocco (2008-2017).
He wrote a number of books in Arabic on parliamentary law and constitutional jurisdiction:
