Erek J. Ostrowski, PhD

Erek J. Ostrowski, PhD, PCC is a leadership and business coach, coach educator, and the founder of Verve Coaching. He is recognized for his innovative work advancing group coaching knowledge and practice in entrepreneurship and management education. His study interests include entrepreneurial learning, identity development, group coaching, and narrative theory. In his professional practice, he partners with entrepreneurs and executives to help them become skillful, impactful leaders in the organizations and communities they serve.

Erek received his PhD in Organizational Development and Change from Fielding Graduate University. He also holds a Graduate Certificate in Evidence-Based Coaching and a Master of the Arts in Human and Organizational Systems from Fielding. He is a credentialed coach with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the Center for Credentialing and Education (CCE). He is a member of the Institute of Coaching (IOC) at Harvard/McLean Hospital and a board member of the Graduate School Alliance for Education in Coaching. In 2017, he was awarded a Harnisch Fellowship from the Institute of Coaching for his original research on navigating entrepreneurial challenges through group coaching. When not coaching, teaching, or writing, Erek can usually be found tying into a top rope with his wife and two kids at the local climbing gym.
