Joe Lilek

Joe Lilek grew up in Gleason, WI with two older brothers. Most of their childhood was spent helping build the family home, fishing, or hunting. To this day, Joe and his brothers still embark on an annual trip to Canada for canoeing, fishing, and tent camping. Now in his 30's, Joe teaches high school economics and continues to pursue his outdoor hobbies with a passion. He and his wife have two young sons he hopes will someday share his love for the outdoors. The first books Joe wrote were intended for his sons' eyes only, but with encouragement from his family decided to share them with other readers.
