Peter Stavropoulos is a Greek-Australian poet. He has been writing poetry since 1980 and has been published in literary journals in Australia, Canada, the USA , the UK and Europe. He has had poems read on Christian Television and at schools, weddings and churches and referenced in academic books and journals. He has had "In The Time of The Greeks" performed as a Radio Play in Melbourne by the "Radio Players" and has had his poems read at poetry readings. Peter lives in Sydney with his wife and two daughters. Peter's wife Sunita Stavropoulos is also a poet.
Sunita's poetry has been inspired by her relationship with God and her husband Peter. The love given to her is reciprocated in these poems and the love in her heart blossoms. Sunita is of Fiji-Indian heritage. She grew up in a poor but loving environment. God is always first in her life. She is now happily married and has lived in Australia for over 18 years.
