Zack Varkaris

Of Greek descent Zack grew up in London. After studying Marine Biology at University he spent a number of years in the field of renewable energy and conservation before turning his hand at writing novels. Inspired by his Grandfather and uncle who had regaled him of tales from his family’s past he decided to humanize a crucial period of history into a novel. Drawing from both his family and in depth research into the period. Currently he resides in Los Angeles.
