Jasmine Madison

Jasmine Madison is a mom of three based in Morris County, New Jersey. She is a self-proclaimed poet who has been writing since the age of 9. Jasmine attributes her inspiration to a wide range of poets and artists such as Maya Angelou, Erykah Badu and J. Ivy to name a few. Jasmine is a first-time author. Many of the poems in her first book, "Good at Running" were written by her as a runaway teenager. Her hope is to raise awareness to the growing number of teens who runaway. Teens who runaway are at an increased risk of homelessness, sexual abuse, human trafficking and more. Jasmine is on a mission to help save the youth, even if it’s in a small way.
