Sandy Hill

Sandy Hill is a former newspaper editor who lives in North Carolina. She has drawn on her knowledge of tae kwon do, figure skating, strength training and journalism for some of her novels. Her Bernese Mountain Dog figures in several of her cozy mysteries. She is busily learning Spanish to help with her volunteer work tutoring adults in ESL. Her most recent novels are "Shadow Dance," a different mystery that she wrote after a foray into the world of amateur ballroom dancing, and "The Friends of Flat Flora," a tale of friendship ruptured by betrayal, set at one of the author's favorite vacation spots, Ocracoke, NC.
