She is the CEO of Willis HR, an HR Consulting and Recruiting firm headquartered in Columbia, SC. Jada leads a remote workforce and has come to be a subject matter expert on connecting and building distributed teams. She trains leaders, CEO's, business owners, and HR professionals on fostering an engaging culture through communication, collaboration, and delegating. Jada has a true passion for solving people problems, removing roadblocks, and preparing companies for growth. She lives in Columbia, SC with her wife, Sheila Willis and their energetic dog, Tucker.
