Robert DiDonato

Robert DiDonato lives in Pittsburgh, PA with his wife Carla and their three children Anthony, Maria, and Stefano. He has been an educator for the past 25 years and within that time has been fortunate enough to have his poetry and greeting cards published, perform for numerous years as a mime, work on stage and in national commercials, and most recently, is revisiting his film acting career.

This is the third book he has illustrated. His first was Bradley and the Rhyming Contest.

Robert has been constantly inspired by his three children and credits them with much of his creativity.

His hope for Giraffe Has a Bug is that it will encourage parents to help their children face and solve problems by simply talking about them.

Robert's third book, The Nevergreen Tree, illustrates the importance of being happy with yourself and not being envious of others.
