Janice Z. Gassam Asare, Ph.D. is the founder of Black White Green (BWG) Business Solutions, LLC, a DEI consultancy designed to help recruit, retain, advance and support underrepresented employees. Dr. Janice has partnered with Amazon, Google, Yale University, Nordstrom, H&M, Dove, Meetup, Verizon/Yahoo, PBS and Paypal/Venmo among many others to provide guidance through consultations, training and workshops, and keynote speeches. Dr. Janice is a senior contributing writer for Forbes having authored nearly 400 articles, a Harvard Business Review contributor and a Udemy Business and LinkedIn Learning Instructor. In 2022, Dr. Janice was recognized as one of LinkedIn’s Top Voices in Racial Equity. In 2023 she was recognized by Gusto as one of the 25 Top Workplace Experts to Follow.
