Simon Stevens

Following a seventeen year teaching career, Simon can these days be found tempering, piping, moulding, packaging and instructing alongside his wife Laura in their family chocolate business. During the Covid 19 lockdown, with the business closed, Simon was afforded the time to spend with his family. This inspired him to do what he had wanted to do for some years and, as a result, this series of illustrated poems was born. With a style of writing which simply stirs up memories and emotions, Simon’s poems, along with the stunning art work created by his brother Andrew, can generate tears or laughter or perhaps even both!
