Toby Beresford is founder and CEO of Rise.global, a software platform dedicated to helping leaders provide timely feedback to individuals and teams since 2011. He has trained managers in how to create sustainable and engaging continuous improvement programs. His gamification thinking has been adopted by organisations of virtually every kind including multinational corporations, entrepreneurial ventures, nonprofits and schools. Clients have included IBM, PWC, MTV, Zoopla, Gartner Group, Novartis, European Commission, United Nations and The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

Beresford is the author of "Infinite Gamification: motivate your team until the end of time". He has appeared on Sky News, C5 News and 7 News. The book which explains how to journey towards scoring maturity both as a manager and as a player has been featured in Forbes, Marketing Society and Best Business Minds: Book Authors. In our digital, quantified age, developing a mature understanding of how scores and leagues affect us both as individuals and organisations is a critical, must-have, 21st century leadership skill.

Prior to founding Rise, Beresford ran Nudge Social media agency, founded MicroAid projects international aid non-profit, served as an elected borough councillor in south London, as a chair of governors and as a management consultant.
