Katie Dessinger

Kathryn Dessinger is a fifteen year old Christian author living by the shimmering Florida coast. She has been writing in one form or other since she was seven, and telling stories orally for even longer. But it wasn’t until three years ago that she really took to it. Her best friend re–introduced writing to her at the age of ten and from then on it’s been virtually impossible to pull her away from the keyboard. One of her dreams is to travel the world with her closest friends when she is older. She is a total animal lover, and hopes that animals will always be a part of her life, one way or another. As of right now, she has two kittens who she adores. She has two published works so far, a cookbook she co-wrote called Chef Junior and a self-published anthology with several other writers titled While We Are Young. But most of all, Kathryn is just trying to do her absolute best at being a sister, daughter, friend, and of course, a passionate writer.
