She is from Tulsa, Oklahoma, but she lives in Memphis, TN. She has a bachelor’s degree from LeMoyne-Owen College. While she was attending Webster University graduate studies, she was placed in jail for taking care of her beloved mother.

It was God who told her to write a book called Jail East. Despite what some people think about her, she is a loving and caring person who values life. The book called Jail East was written to encourage and inspire you to not give up on life no matter what challenges may come your way.
