Derek Simmons is a long time investor in rental properties and rising author. After several stints in corporate roles, he deemed himself "unemployable" and began his journey to disconnect his time from money.

Through a series of chance encounters with extraordinary mentors, he was able to unshackle from the 9 to 5 grind and now enjoys a lifestyle free from schedules and bosses.

He enjoys teaching his skills and passing on his knowledge, just as his mentors did for him.
