Nicky Johnson

Hi, I've lived in Norfolk, England at the coast since 2022, we moved here from Bedfordshire when my husband retired. Living by the sea was something we always wanted to do. My inspiration for my first book was a cancer diagnosis and surgery in 2018 and I first started writing and publishing in 2020.

I've now published five books:

A memoir 'the parts of me I can live without',

A fictional story 'The Feather Ring',

A collection of short stories with an insight to keeping chickens 'Fluffy Butts and Wind-Blown Bloomers'

A collection of festive rhymes 'A Different Perspective on Something Festive'

A poetic journal for new poets 'Shh . . . I'm writing poetry!

I enjoy exploring the different genre's, and have always like writing poetry over the years. I hope to continue writing and publishing more in the future.
