Pooja Sachdev is the founder/director of Rewire Consulting. She is an organisational psychologist, psychotherapist and executive coach whose approach integrates psychological depth with systemic analysis: understanding and developing people as individuals while also looking at the structures and dynamics that shape how work gets done.
Over the last two decades she has consulted with a wide range of organisations, including HSBC, Microsoft, Universal Films, Caterpillar, Red Bull and the International Paralympic Committee (IPC), to help embed effective leadership practices and foster healthy, inclusive and high-performing cultures.
Her book (with Chris Yates), Rewire: A Radical Approach to Tackling Diversity and Difference (Bloomsbury), was described by the Financial Times as “the most refreshing approach to diversity I have read.”
In addition to her newsletter and blog, she writes for Coaching Perspectives (the magazine of the Association for Coaching) and has contributed a chapter on “Leadership and Diversity” in Leadership: A Critical Text (3rd edition) (SAGE).
She is a speaker, panelist and podcast guest, and hosts workshops and webinars on topics like Leading in the Age of AI, Inclusive Leadership and working across cultures.
Pooja brings depth, empathy, humour and nuance to complex organisational challenges.
She has lived in three countries and takes a fresh, global perspective to her work.
