Mary Cookie

Mary Cookie is the pseudonym of a lovely mother of 3 children called Marie.

Marie is 37 years old and comes from Boulder City, Nevada. She has always been a good sketcher but she never had the opportunity to show it to the world.

After the birth of Joshua, her third child, she decided to express her talent to create something new and useful for her children. Marie decided to create a coloring book for toddlers that could introduce them to numbers, letters, shapes and animals.

At the beginning Marie’s drawings were used and colored only by her 3 children. But, after a friend of her noticed her talent and also discovered how much toddlers enjoyed to color her drawings, Marie took the decision to publish the book on advice of this friend.

She was finally able to show the world her talent while giving the opportunity to dozens of children to learn their first words, numbers and animals.

Fun fact: the name “Mary Cookie” comes from the union of her real name, Marie, and Cookies, the type of dessert that she really loves to cook and her husband’s favorite to eat.
