George Chadwick

George Chadwick has led worship teams for over 25 years, most recently leading the Creative team for Hillsong Phoenix where he is currently an associate pastor. He was born in Raleigh, North Carolina and currently resides in Scottsdale, Arizona. He was a collegiate and minor-league baseball player, where he enjoyed tremendous success but also endured painful losses as his college teams lost 3 National Championships; twice at Yavapai Junior College in 1978 and 1979, and once with Oklahoma State University in 1981. The rewards were great and the vindication sweet when his Single-A Montreal Expo affiliate, the Gastonia Expos won the South Atlantic League Championship in 1983. Meanwhile, George has always been a musician, playing keyboards in several Christian rock bands and developing a love for worshiping God. His ministry has spanned decades leading worship, youth ministry, men's ministry, and developing leaders in many areas of church life. George earned a BS in Physical Education and holds a Master of Arts in Theological Studies. He and his beautiful wife Krissy have three adult children and one ornery Jack Russell Terrier.
