Brian Gee

My name is Brian Gee.

I have a wealth of knowledge about the forensic and crime scene side of crime investigation, having worked in a Scenes of Crime department for over twenty-five years.

On retirement, I decided to write my first book, Murder by the Seaside.

The book followed Simon Crofts and his forensic team as they investigated two very different suspicious deaths.

Having had very good reviews, I have followed it up with my second book.

It is called Murders along the Coast, and again follows Crofts and his team.

This time they deal with the death of an infant and then the brutal murder of a married couple.

I wanted to write books looking through the eyes of the crime scene investigators, to give their own unique version of investigations.

I currently live on the Sussex Coast, together with my wife and family.
