Carol Zeavin

CAROL ZEAVIN was born in Los Angeles, California, and graduated from UCLA with a BA in music. A professional violinist in NYC, she added a mid-life career in early childhood education, earning two master’s degrees from the Bank Street College of Education — in Early Childhood General Education and Early Childhood Special Education. For the next eighteen years she worked with toddlers in classrooms at The Rockefeller University Child and Family Center and at the Barnard College Toddler Development Center, and with individual toddlers as a Special Education Itinerant Teacher through Y.A.I. and Theracare.

Carol continues to perform classical music in New York City.
