Annette-Frances B. (AF) had her first poem published, in a children's magazine, at just ten years old. Throughout the years she has contributed to a range of magazines and small anthologies. She has also written poetry books for children.
As a child she thrived within a happy, loving family, where music, poetry, travel and adventure were valued and embraced. Her mother was a professional singer, until AF was three and her father, originally a professional adagio dancer, told wonderful theatrical tales.
As an adult AF taught in pre-school and in colleges. She is married, has three grown up children, two grandchildren, one cat and one dog. Her interests include adventure and travel, music, poetry and white water rafting.
