Jassy Davis is a cook, cocktail maker, food stylist and recipe writer who loves creating fun, shareable dishes and drinks that make eating and entertaining at home joyful. She has written 12 books, including her bestselling debut Gin Made Me Do It, and spent over a decade as lead recipe developer at Abel & Cole. Based in Brighton, she enjoys hiking the South Downs, lifting increasingly heavy weights, and exploring the city's ever-changing café scene.
