Ben Teeley

Tall, dark, handsome and a brilliant mind. Well no, not exactly, none of these things are true when it comes to our intrepid hero Ben Teeley. A more apt description might be, skinny, freckly, and with the attention span of a goldfish, but none of that stopped Ben from going out into the world and giving his all.

Ben entered the workforce in 1977 and loved it so much that he went back the next day and continued to do so for the next forty years.

Originally from County Durham in North East England and now living in Texas, he draws inspiration from real life, family memories, close friends, working life, travel adventures, and the colourful characters encountered along the way. Through his books, he hopes readers will laugh, reminisce, and occasionally say, “I remember that!”

When not writing, Ben enjoys music, storytelling, and wondering why airport journeys always seem to require three forms of identification, two queues, and mild emotional damage.
