Ross Young

Ross Young is the founder of The Writing For Pleasure Centre, author of 'Real-World Writers' and 'Writing For Pleasure: theory, research and practice'. He was a primary school teacher for 10 years and holds an MA in Applied Linguistics in Education. He was the lead researcher on "What is it 'Writing For Pleasure' teachers do that makes the difference?" and this research is now used on a variety of ITE courses around the world. He is also a visiting lecturer, CPD provider and a passionate writer-teacher.
