Tamara Botting (1983-2083 at least, hopefully) has been a writer her whole life, but became an author in 2017 when her first book, Unfrogged, was picked up by Pandamonium Publishing House. In 2019, Botting's second book, Pants, was published.
Botting was born in Hamilton, Ontario and currently lives in Haldimand County, where she works as the news editor of The Sachem and Glanbrook Gazette community newspapers.
She has five brothers, four sisters-in-law, five nieces, seven nephews, and a pet rock named Blarney Rubble.
Botting drinks too much coffee and can often be found knitting or crocheting, when she isn't reading, writing or working.
