Laura Eich

Laura Eich has been proud member of the BIGGBY COFFEE family since 2011, where she started as a part-time barista. She has worn many hats at the BIGGBY Home Office, but her most recent, longest lasting, and most precious role has been leading the people and culture development team. It has been an honor to help carve the path to BIGGBY’s vision of improving workplace culture across America by supporting people in building lives they love.

Laura is on the journey toward her Moonshot -- to fundraise her way to $1 million worth of wishes for the Make a Wish Foundation. Today, you can likely find Laura running her way toward that vision through run-draising! When she’s not getting her miles in, you will find Laura spending time with her husband, Stephen and dog, Sammie in their 150-year-old farmhouse in Southeast Michigan.
