Hello,

I'm Lisa, mother of two beautiful girls.

My passion for cooking led me to study food sciences at Cornell University and to deepen the link between nutrition and physical and mental health through various seminars with the greatest experts in the sector.

Following a diet can be difficult if you don't have tasty recipes you can make by yourself. This is why I wanted to create a series of books that explain in a simple way the benefits of a diet and how to follow it, along with fantastic recipes accompanied with photos.

I love cooking healthy food with my slow cooker quickly and easily while I am busy all day with the studio and my daughters. I also like to go around famous restaurants with my family to taste new and delicious recipes that you can make at home, thanks also to the assistance of great chefs.

I've studied in dept the Dr. Sebi's Alkaline Diet to prevent and cure many diseases.

I have helped my husband and many other people to cure some common diseases, such as kidney disease, Herpes Virus, and Diabetes, through this specific diet.

My mission: making food the right cure for the body, soul and spirit.
