Devesh Dahale

Devesh Dahale is an engineer working in the healthcare field. After gaining his bachelors and master’s degrees in Mechanical and Industrial engineering, Devesh was enjoying leading quality and reliability engineering departments in industry, when a pivotal moment in life happened that changed his perspective and his career trajectory. A few years after the birth of their child, he decided to harness his quality improvement knowledge and skills and their family’s experiences with healthcare delivery, and convert it into something deeply meaningful. Devesh went on to get his MBA while while working in the field of healthcare quality improvement. He collaborated and contributed to improving the systems of healthcare delivery by applying the science of quality improvement and by improving the design and execution of processes. After working for seven years in a top pediatric hospital in the U.S, he is now making notable contributions in the adult healthcare world in a rural setting. He currently lives in Alabama with his wife and two sons. Devesh has a particular interest in measurement science and its application to improvement in everything in life. He enjoys beaches, hiking in woods, working out and rowing. He is also an avid audio book listener.
