Jessica Kuhlman started out writing short stories, poetry and songs as a child. She began writing fiction stories at age of eight. While writing Collide: Adventures of Anna and Emily, her inspiration began sitting in a tree stand in the woods of Oklahoma while deer hunting. She has always been a country girl and grew up on a ranch with horses. Raised in a Christian home, she brings her faith into the storyline. She wanted a story she could share with her then young nieces and nephew, one day sharing with her own child. She graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Marketing. Earlier years, she had several poems published in The Shawnee News-Star newspaper, and many anthologies by The National Library of Poetry, Sparrowgrass Poetry Forum, The International Library of Poetry and the Famous Poets Anthology. Some of her poetry has been used in sermons in her childhood church. Follow: facebook.com/authorjessicakuhlman
