Beau Cisco

Beau Cisco, M.S., is the founder and lead instructor of the Behavioral Analysis Training Group, which he established in 2009. A seasoned law enforcement professional since 1999, Beau holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Psychology and a Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology.

Based in South Florida, Beau has served in a variety of demanding roles, including patrol operations, undercover assignments, narcotics investigations, and surveillance. He currently serves as a patrol supervisor and plays a pivotal role in both agency-level training and consulting for law enforcement organizations across the country.

With thousands of hours invested in the study of body language, violent behavior, deception detection, and personality analysis, Beau’s expertise is the product of formal education, deep research, and real-world operational experience. His work laid the groundwork for a specialized training system built to provide officers with practical, field-tested tools that enhance situational awareness, safety, and decision-making under pressure.
