Mark Henry Miller

Mark Henry Miller, born in Portland, Oregon, educated at Stanford University and Yale University Divinity School, but especially by Miss Agnes Carter in the 8th grade at Vernon Grade School across from Albert Park, Portland, Oregon. He has lived as far from boredom as he can. He refuses to adopt mediocrity as a moral principle.

He and his wife, Diane, live in Leander, Texas, with their two cuddly buddies, Caleb and Copper.

He has served local churches and Conference Ministry since his ordination in June of 1966. Taking a swing at writing, hitting a few balls here and there between the outfielders, he has written seven murder mystery novels, each of which is about life, ministry, fishing and murder, but seldom in that order.

This book narrates his life, how to live but never skipping from Palm Sunday to Easter. Holy Week is part of life. As he reflects, including victories and defeats, he has experienced times when he whiffed. But he always gives a full effort. This book shares the experiences. He knows through experiences that shadows are evidence there is light somewhere. He tries to share that in chapter and verse.
