A people process specialist, Baburaj is a certified independent director, and is currently coaching start-up leadership in Digital business in UAE and India. He is a certified Thomas profiler, and MBTIan, and was part of the executive management team of large corporate houses in India with diverse industry exposure. He is also on the advisory board of two of the management institutes in South India.

Baburaj is the Chief Mentor & Founder of P2B Consulting, initiated with a purpose of creating "Actionable knowledge in the field of people management" so that sustainable business can be built.

Baburaj is a prolific writer in the field of people management, people governance and social causes. His poems are based of a sense of inquiry, and similarly he believes in building new actionable perspectives in his chosen field of people development.
