Tracy Sullivan is the founder of the Small Batch Sanctuary, a space where you can gather, breathe and draw near to God. By day, Tracy is a seasoned leadership strategist and executive coach, has spent more than twenty years training Fortune 500 leaders and shaping organizational culture in the finance, healthcare, and nonprofit industries. She also speaks and teaches at ministry events and conferences around the world. Tracy has personally led small batch discipleship groups for over a decade. She lives with her family in St. Louis, Missouri, and is a connoisseur of all things small batch.
