Anthony Mottram

Anthony started writing books at the request of his grandchildren, twins Holly and Finley.

They are based around the stories he used to tell them at bedtime when they were very young. When they grew older they asked him to turn these stories into books so that they could sell them and donate the money to the school.

Being a professional photographer, he decided to illustrate the books using toy dolls, which were specially made for him, named after Holly and Finley. There are several other mouse characters in the books all of which are portrayed by toy dolls.

Then his daughter Suzy, Holly and Finley’s mother, edited them and published them on Amazon.

There are currently 3 books in the series the latest of which is about the twin mice visiting Father Christmas and helping two less fortunate mice to have a nice Christmas.
