I have always wanted to write a book and the lock down during the Covid-19 Pandemic has given me that opportunity.

I have a passion for cooking, I watch a ridiculous amount of cooking programmes (my wife will tell you) so I thought I would put my passion together with the fundraising and charitable work I have been doing during the pandemic and we ended up with Feeding the NHS..

I am a 52 year old father of two, with a background in sports licensing and brand licensing. Currently working between my own, personalised drinks business and a 10 month maternity leave contract with one of the worlds leading brand licensing companies.

Married for over 20 years, we have two dogs, a 14 year old Westie and a 4 year old Beagle..
