Leigh Wright

Leigh Wright is a writer, researcher, and explorer who uses ethnographic insights to support and promote underrepresented communities. She is the winner of a Qualitative Research Consultants Association grant, a Member of The Explorers Club, and an International Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society (with the Institute of British Geographers). In 2015, she founded the New Orleans branch of Travel Impact Alliance in connection with the United Nations and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Her travel research and writing have taken her from the American Southeast to Paris, Belize, Jamaica, and Cambodia.
