Dave Casellas

Dave grew up in London and let's just say his life was "traumatic".

His mother had problems and Dave had no sense of direction.

As a teenager Dave became involved in trouble at his beloved QPR and other criminality due to his own drunkenness.

Due to his chaotic lifestyle Dave ended up in prison several times and got married and divorced.

Life certainly was never dull but it also was not the way to go.

After hitting many rock bottoms Dave decided to get sober and even became a qualified counsellor and substance misuse professional himself.

Dave wrote his memoir "Beating My Demons" describing all the madness and then the recovery.He has now written MemoiR's about supporting QPR with contributions from fellow fans.

"Life's not always easy" Dave admits but it sure is better sober and trying to do the right thing.

Dave shares his experience, strength and hope and wishes for the reader to achieve their own sobriety or just to relate to his story.
