Mihaela Plugarasu

Mihaela Plugarasu, M.S., is an educator with 20 years of leadership, self- development and teaching experience. She is a mom, a co-parent and a college professor in Miami, Florida. Mihaela is the 1-st certified parent educator for Parenting –by- Connection in the State of Florida, by Hand in Hand Parenting. In 2021, Mihaela launched her signature program, The Conscious Parent Accelerator, using her own ABC formula of Conscious Parenting, to help parents get started on this journey through self-Awareness, Be-ing Present and Connection. She teaches parents how to use listening tools and self – inquiry to connect with themselves and their children, especially when parenting feels hard.
